Fordwater Vision and Values
Collectively as a community involving staff, pupils and our families, our Vision Statement reflects the most integral aspects of Fordwater and the future focus for our school.
"At Fordwater we empower, inspire and value each other to celebrate us, and achieve our personal best."
We deliver our vision through our values, these are woven into the curriculum on a daily basis.
From our vision and values we formulate our three year strategic plan leading into our development targets for the academic year.
